With over 25 years of experience, Rafael has led operations and transformation processes at corporations such as Gruma, driving strategy, growth, and innovation in Mexico and Central America. As CEO of Intelectiva Group, he has managed international portfolios, high-impact investments, and expansion in food and hospitality, including global brands like KFC in Central America and innovative concepts such as The Mexican in the U.S., which reinterprets Mexican cuisine. Results-driven, he stands out for leading multicultural teams, managing complex projects, and building strategic alliances.
